The Role:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual with a hunter mentality to join our team as a Product Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on proactively seeking out opportunities, is passionate about technology, and has a proven track record in sales, particularly in the software industry. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by aggressively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales for our innovative software products. They will also represent various products, deliver compelling product demos, and build lasting partnerships with clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent a portfolio of software products, understanding their unique features and benefits to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer and Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our software products.
  • Proactively follow up and close inbound leads generated through our partners and advertising campaigns, ensuring timely engagement and conversion.
  • Generate outbound leads through proactive methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure a high customer retention rate by renewing subscriptions, upselling, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from their product.
  • Expand opportunities with existing customers by identifying additional needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and converting them into new software sales, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software products and technologies, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
  • Willingness to undergo online product training and achieve the necessary product certifications to ensure full proficiency and compliance.
